ACENAVI:
- Does not replace Human Resources, legal counsel, payroll, or IT departments.
- Provides informational, assistive, and workflow support only.
- Does not make final decisions related to employment, compensation, discipline, termination, or legal matters.
All outputs generated by Navi are recommendatory and informational, and final decisions remain the responsibility of the organisation and its authorised personnel.

By using ACENAVI, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- If you are using ACENAVI on behalf of a company, you have authority to bind that organisation.

The Site and all information are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

No live SaaS service, user accounts, or production data processing is currently being provided through this website. Any actual use of the ACENAVI platform will be governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MoA), Data Processing Agreement (DPA), and commercial contract.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use. You must not:

User Responsibilities
You agree:
- Not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform
- Not to input unlawful, harmful, misleading, or confidential third-party data without authorisation
- To ensure accuracy of organisational policies and content provided to ACENAVI
- To verify critical information before acting on it
AI Limitations & Disclaimer
While ACENAVI is designed for accuracy and reliability:
- AI-generated responses may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate
- Outputs depend on the quality and completeness of data provided
- ACENAVI does not guarantee error-free responses
- Users should validate sensitive, legal, or employment-critical matters with HR or appropriate authorities.
Data Ownership & Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property related to ACENAVI (software, models, branding, content) remains owned by ACENAVI.
- Customer organisations retain ownership of their internal policies and content provided to the platform.
- You may not copy, resell, or commercially exploit the platform without written consent.
Confidentiality
We take confidentiality seriously.
- Users must maintain confidentiality of login credentials and sensitive information.
- Users agree that any demo, screen, product roadmap, prototype features, etc., shown by ACENAVI are confidential and may not be shared, copied, recorded or disclosed without prior written permission from ACENAVI.
Security
ACENAVI implements reasonable and industry-standard technical and organizational security measures appropriate for an early-stage enterprise SaaS platform, including:
a) Encryption in transit
All data transmitted between users and the platform is protected using HTTPS with TLS 1.3.
b) Encryption at rest
Stored data, including databases, is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.
c) Authentication and access control
User credentials are securely stored using industry-standard hashing algorithms (e.g., bcrypt). Access to systems and data is restricted through role-based access controls.
d) Cloud infrastructure
The platform is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). ACENAVI leverages secure cloud infrastructure and follows recommended security practices for deployment and access management.
e) Operational security practices
Access to application logs, backups, and internal systems is restricted to authorized personnel only. Security controls and practices may evolve as the platform matures.
However, no system is entirely risk-free, and the user acknowledges the inherent risks of digital systems.
Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend services for:
- Maintenance
- Security incidents
- Legal or regulatory requirements
Fees & Subscription (If Applicable)
Where applicable:
- Fees will be governed by a separate Master of Services agreement
- Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of access
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access:
- For violation of these Terms
- For unlawful or harmful use
- Upon breach or termination of a Master of Services agreement
Upon termination, access to the Services will cease as per agreed timelines.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:
- ACENAVI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to us in the preceding 1 month.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold ACENAVI harmless against claims arising from:
- Misuse of the Services
- Violation of these Terms
- Unauthorised data input or sharing
Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to other websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference and forms part of these Terms.
Severability

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
